NOTE: Four tabs shown open simultaneously for clarity - this is not possible in the program.

FINAL OUTPUT TAB: Summarises the settings and initiates the rendering of the final image

MOSAIC SIZE TAB: Set the number of tiles vertically and horizontally with the top sliders and the size of the tiles with the ones below. This tab also shows the aspect ratios of the original and final images - if they aren't fairly close the final picture will be stretched vertically or horizontally. Click on View for an idea of how your image will look

SPECIAL EFFECT TAB: Choose from three tile patterns, the level of colour enhancement, and whether images can be cropped to fit a cell. There are also controls for the speed and quality of the render together with adjustments for the randomisation of the images

The final picture can be the size you want - up to 48 inches square - and saved as a high-quality, 24bit image. Being in a standard format you can either print it yourself or burn it onto a CD and take it to your local photo shop. Some supermarkets even give you a choice of paper finishes.

This program is easy to use, but to get the best results you must understand the available options. As you follow the tutorial we'll show you what effect each adjustment has. There are 60 pictures for you to practice with on the CD - they are for your personal use and must not be copied, distributed or sold. When you run Easy Mosaic for the first time click on the About menu and enter the code EM5HE-079 21-32418-84858 for unlimited use of the program. • •
